Korg Minilogue
Polyphonic Analog Synthesizer
The Korg Minilogue is a versatile 4-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer that combines vintage warmth with modern functionality. It features two voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) per voice, allowing for classic waveforms like saw, triangle, and square, along with noise for textural sounds. The voltage-controlled filter (VCF) enables precise tonal shaping, delivering everything from smooth pads to gritty leads. Its intuitive interface includes a wealth of knobs for hands-on sound design and a distinctive OLED display that visualizes waveforms in real time. The Minilogue also boasts a 16-step polyphonic sequencer and an arpeggiator, offering creative tools for dynamic pattern creation. With multiple voice modes like unison, polyphony, and delay, it accommodates a wide range of musical styles. Featuring 37 velocity-sensitive slim keys, MIDI and USB connectivity, and a durable yet lightweight build, the Minilogue is ideal for both studio production and live performance, appealing to beginners and experienced musicians alike. This unit was first released in 2016 by Korg Corporation of Japan.
